All You Need to Know About Aven Fame :

Q: Why do I need Aven Fame?
A: Aven Fame is needed in order to buy unique Crafting Materials from specific vendors for crafting. If you don't plan to ever craft your own gear (including Awakened Weapons) then you do not need to complete this.

Q: How do I get Aven Fame?
A: Aven Fame can be acquired by giving either Monster Essences or Crafting Materials to specific NPCs.

Q: Where can I find the NPCs that give Aven Fame?
A: All of the NPCs are located in Aven. You can locate these NPC's by the on the Map.

Q: Why can't I give -blank- to the NPC?
A: The NPCs only accept corresponding items to acquire certain fame. The higher the fame you have the higher level Monster Essence or Crafting Materials you'll need.

You will need hundreds if not thousands of Monster Essences to successfully craft all equipment required.

How to Read Table:
The first column is the amount of fame you can turn in an item from
Columns 2-4 are the amount of Materials needed from given Ratios
Column 5 how much fame you get for turning in 10, 20, or 50 Materials
The last Column is the ending Fame you will be left with by turning in the amounts from columns 2-4

Example:
For PYROWIND, it has a Ratio of 10, so I will need 30 Pure Crystals to reach 100 Pyrowind Fame, giving me 150 Pyrowind Fame; and 50 Lazurite Crystal to reach 400, but I will actually end up with 425 Pyrowind Fame.

..Broken down even further..
I start out with 0 Pyrowind Fame. I turn in 10 Pure Crystals, it gives me 50 Pyrowind Fame. I turn in 10 more Pure Crystals (20 in total so far), giving me a total of 100 Pyrowind Fame (50 Fame from the first 10 + 50 Fame from the second 10). Since it requires that I have 101 Pyrowind Fame to begin to turn in Lazurite Crystals, I'll have to turn in a third set of 10 Pure Crystals to reach the 101 Fame needed, but I'll end up with 150 Pyrowind Fame (50 + 50 + 50 = 150). Meaning, that I have turned in a total of 30 Pure Crystals to obtain 150 Pyrowind Fame. I can now no longer turn in Pure Crystals since I have passed the 0-100 requirement. I can now begin to turn in Lazurite Crystals.
